What treatments do you offer?
We have a range of treatments at our clinic and these can be found on our website. We are a nurse led clinic with a prescribing advanced practitioner in Aesthetics. We have an in house podiatrist offering pedicures and foot health. We offer a range of skin care treatments, facials, skin boosters, treatment for lines/wrinkles and advice for management of skin care. We offer Lymphatic Drainage Massage treatments, semi permanent make up for brows and lips, hair, brow and makeup services. We offer Lip Filler Masterclasses with Chantelle and SPMU training with Maya. Further details available via the website or contact us for more information.

What are your opening times?
Our clinic is open Monday - Saturday from 10am however this can vary dependant on client bookings. We all offer earlier appointments and late appointments to accommodate our clients, please contact us directly for availability or via online booking systems.
What facilities are available?
There is parking available directly over the road on a public car park or nearby street parking. We do not have a customer toilet available so please bear this is mind when coming for your appointment. There are public toilets on the nearby shopping complex.
What about my aftercare?
When you have a treatment at the clinic, you will always be given the aftercare advice to follow. You can contact us for advice via our instagram pages if you require further advice.
For Aesthetic treatments you are given verbal and printed advice to follow. If you have any concerns please contact us via Chantelle Aesthetics Academy page on instagram.
What about booking fees?
Booking fee information is given when booking your appointment with each individual practitioner/therapist.

What about cancelling/rescheduling/lateness policies?

For Treatments with Chantelle we require 48 hours notice to reschedule. The Booking fee can be transferred on one occasion when 48 hours notice is provided. If you cannot make your appointment on the day, please contact us. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no showed will be charged the full amount of treatment. We always strive to run our clinics on time so that our clients are not having to wait for long periods. Please leave plenty of time to get to your appointment. If you are going to be late then please contact us as soon as possible. If you are late, It may result in your appointment being rescheduled and a new booking fee being required. One person being late can impact on everyone’s clinic time which then impacts on other clients.
Can I bring a friend/relative/child to my appointment?
We ask that you attend your appointment alone, unless you have booked with someone else and are coming together. We do not allow children in the clinic due to the nature of our work and insurance purposes. There is a small shopping centre nearby with food outlets/cafes should you arrive early for your appointment.
